Last December, on the way to Sibulan to check on Sea Forest Resort, we dropped by Gordo’s Pizzeria along North Road, Daro, Dumaguete to try their pizza.
The place is relatively new but possess a cozy ambiance thats truly inviting. I heard that the owner himself the conceptualized the menu and names of the pizza through his travels.
Gordo’s offers the first giant pizza in Dumaguete. The taste is comparable to that of popular Italian restaurants but offered at a lesser price.
The dough and the preparation of the pizza are prepared right infront of your nose so you are assured that the food you are getting is prepared the way you want it.
My overall impression of the food: taste and the food appearance are both exceptional. I have been to many Italian restaurants here and abroad and I could testify that Gordo’s pizza is really worth every penny spent perfect for Food Trip Friday.
Its true to their tagline ” The cheapest mozzarella cheese pizza and the 1st giant pizza in town.
