Excited for Home Renovations

My friends happily announced yesterday that her home loan has been approved and soon she can start with her home renovations. She had been planning major improvements on the house and lot she inherited from her parents and she’s really been excited looking at the plans made by the architect. She specifically requested for a wider and more spacious kitchen. She loved to cook and experiment in the kitchen so it’s only understandable that she’ll be spending more time in this area.
She told me ideal kitchen and she wanted the theme to black and white. The floor tiles and the counter tops including the sink will be white so it will look more spacious. Luckily there’s the whitehaus collection with lovely sinks made from fireclay material that looks really elegant yet functional. According to her, she will only choose durable and high quality materials because it’s going to be a long time before she can make such major renovations again. It is of course wise choice on her part, I would also want my kitchen to be durable yet elegant looking. My family also spends a lot of time cooking and bonding on our kitchen so if I get the chance at home renovations I will also choose more durable fixings or furnishings for my kitchen.
