Do you know who Cherry is? Cherry is Alexa’s best friend, my two boys best buddy! Cherry is a dog. He is a Jack Russel breed.
Two weeks ago, he was hit by a moving car when he went with the kids to play in the park. Jack Russel is such an active, clumsy dog. She loves to play, run and jump.
Hubby brought Cherry for her veterinarian for her annual checkup and immunization. At the same time check on the condition of her feet. She was hit in her feet.

If you are following my blogs, you would know that we are only renting the house. We have been renting since the time we were in Manila. My parents went back to Mindanao, while me staying at my boss house (stay-in) but assigned to do his business. It started as a home business as we were trading for paper stocklots, waste paper and plastic stocklots from Europe and Australia and we sell it to South East Asia, mostly for Indonesia. Since its just the two of us then so we worked at home.
When the business got bigger, we transferred the whole operation to Bacoor, leaving our condominium office in Mandaluyong and rented an office and warehouses – we used to rent 6 big warehouses of at least 1,000 square meter each. Now, we have 4 and maybe even 3 in the couple of day. Business is bad and we cannot afford to pay that high rental fees and yet no substantial sales. Other businesses are suffering as well. At least in the same business with us.
Anyway, so we are renting the warehouse, the office and the houses. You can calculate how much wasted in rental fees when we can buy in installment from housing companies. We never consider that before as we were all focus on the business. Now, we are looking for foreclosed properties, either for house, or warehouse. Do you know one near our area?
Guess what, there was once a foreclosed property nearby and was just sold for Php 1.5 million. Remember I mentioned the other week about my neighbors house renovation? I am talking about that house. Currently the price here is around Php 2.8 million. That would have been a good price. Oh well, if its not for us, it will never be.

This is my first post after my blog makeover. Do you like my new home? Oh well, I do! I once posted this cartoon family in Facebook and everybody loved it. Thanks to the creative hand of Ryanne of The Accidental Tweaker.
Anyway, I love this colorful flower in pink and yellow combination. Its so bright and in happy colors. They are the sort of flowers which add the finishing touch to almost any room, where it be the office where you play cheekybingo, or the kitchen where you prepare your meals. They even look great just left in the garden. I posted a similar photos in my one of blog. I just cant remember which blog. PMC inspires me in a lot of ways and I am joining the bandwagon of having at least 10 blogs. I am almost there, but some of which are not updated yet.
I might plant this kind of flowers in my house. I have to bring some earth and a couple of hollow blocks.
Just when I was about to leave the house, I realized that I need to bring the DSLR camera as I have to take some photos for the antique collection of Uncle C. Its not really for selling, but just to keep record of what he has already collected for the past 10 to 20 years. Its been sometime that he is into this hubby, since we are not so busy with our office work this time, so we realized why not use our relaxing mode in the office to focus on his other assets that are just stored.
I found the DSLR camera in one of the cabinets but noticed that the charger is missing. So I checked the tv stand drawer and accidentally, as I pulled hard, the handle fall apart. My son saw me doing it and he said ” Mommy, you broke it, you have to fix that!” I paused and glanced at him, and he reiterated “Fix it Mommy”. After finding the camera charger, I told my son, that I will fix it later when I get home.
Nowadays kids talk like an adult. He said it with command. I cannot argue anymore. I can only say yes. What else can I say?
Anyway, the current tv units stand is made of cheap wood material. It comes with shelves and drawer that comes handy for DVD player, speakers and DVD tapes. In the middle is the drawer where I mentioned earlier. Its an elegantly looking stand as it is black with glossy finished. But still, it may be attractive to look but may not be sturdy enough.

At the back of the house where we currently renting are renovating. Of course, we expected a lot of noise and dirt during the day. Its normal and perfectly understandable. But what is annoying is that even at night, they are still tinkering some small stuff, doing it slowly and slightly doesn’t help. We could still hear. But since this is a housing with small lots, the home owners are extending the houses to occupy the whole lot. And yes, our back and their back are connected so of course, we can hear what they are doing. And not only that, they were working until 10PM! Haller?!?
I wanted to report this to the guard but luckily as just as we were about to go, the work stopped. Can you see how annoying that is? Its surely illegal to work in construction or renovation at the odd hours after all this is a residential area and not a road renovation or a building construction.
I will give it until tonight or on Monday, if the work will continue at the odd hours, I will surely report to the admin office. Its my right to complain.
